Can I cancel my order after I've bought something on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 12-24 hours after purchasing (only if we catch the request in time) if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request.
When will my order ship & what are shipping times?
We offer free insured shipping for all orders over $50. Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
USA Shipping: 7-12 working days
Canada Shipping: 9-12 working days
United Kingdom: 9-15 working days
Australia / New Zealand : 7-12 working days
Rest of World: 10-15 days
So where's my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking to update in the system!
My package is missing, what should I do?
If you have not received your order within the time-frame established for U.S. shipping please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor's house for example). In the case that the product is not delivered, just shoot us an email and we'll check on its status for you!
What should I do if the item I bought broke?
All of our items have a 30 day warranty. Just send us an email with your receipt and a picture of the broken item with the original package it arrived in and we'll be happy to send you a new one!
How do I return something?
We offer returns for product that is defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement.
Only one of my items came in the package?
The items in our collections can come from different suppliers and in some cases and will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you. Please don't worry!
